Gnabilane M'vele also known as Thee Golden Butterfly is a D.M.V. based artist who was born on September 22,1997 in Paris, France but raised in the United States in Maryland. She has made a name for her self from dancing at Ebony Inn but is known more for performing her song Go Go off of her project Golden Butterfly.

Infusing Afrobeat and Hip-hop/Rap with her playful lyrics it's no wonder that Death Or Desire and The Word Is Bond favorited her song Go Go. This Rapper, Singer and Songwriter loves to showcase her frolicsome bars like in her song Go Go along with showcasing her beautiful deep soulful voice in songs like No More and Sunshine. No wonder why she is D.M.V.'s gem.

Golden knew at a earl age that she was destine to be an artist. She was always drawn to expressing herself in a creative way. With her failed attempt to getting herself in a elementary school that specialize in the arts it did not stop her from trying again in her teenage years.

In 2011 Golden attend James Hubert Blake High School where she was able to explore expressing her self in different forms of art. While she was attending Blake High School she toke a numerous amount of different art classes like A.P. Drawing & Painting, Fashion, Theater, Ceramics, Dance etc. Unfortunately she was not able to take any music classes due to the fact that she was taking to many electives and just couldn't put it in her busy schedule.

She started pursuing music years later after graduating high school during the being of the pandemic. Golden discover her first producer on Instagram one day. He goes by the name of Prochia Da Producer who made the beat for her song Make Your Move. When she first heard the beat she fell in love.

Golden always had love for music. Taking time away from painting to write down songs that would come in her head it was only a matter of time for her to get in the studio and bring those songs to life. After hearing the beat that Prochia produced, that's exactly what she did. She recorded her first song Make Your Move which lead to the making of her very first project Golden Butterfly.
